This country, and the way they were going about it by dominating misleading narratives in the media, were sickening to me.
So I am more anti-left.
The Bernie Sanders agenda that almost won the nomination may sound great on paper, would’ve devastated this country.
So I started picking up more on it rooting for Biden to beat him. I was thrilled Biden win.
Then Biden turned around and embraced the same economic philosophy and agenda.
And the media hit it. They didn’t go after him for his flip-flops, rampant changes, racist past or even question him on his economic policy.
I remember how brutal they were to Romney, who is light years ahead of Biden. More polished, more resolute and more moderate.
And even though I didn’t like Trump, we had relative peace, economic prosperity, low crime during his era… Life in America was pretty great pre-Covid.
I thought Trump was a buffoon with Covid, but it wasn’t his fault. He was even successful in working to flatten the curve, and the media still put it all on him.
That didn’t make sense.
So I couldn’t pick up on why we had to suddenly go drastically to the left and take on a massively progressive new deal.
And why those pushing such a dramatic change woukd rather block out dissenting voices than have back-and-forth dialogue.
Seems to me that many Democrats don’t really know what they believe, they just follow what they’re being taught in academia or the media. And without a balanced or more objective media, they don’t know any different.
