Mazunte Taqueria or Eli's BBQ if you want inexpensive but delicious food. If you want to spend a little more, go to Montgomery Inn (Boathouse location has a great Riverside view) or Moerlein Lager House. Moerlein's is cool because it's built over the old Red's ballpark and has bronzed the bases where Pete Rose set batting records. First base (I think) is in their waiting area; and home plate(?) is in the parking garage under the restaurant.

Get Graeter's ice cream for dessert. Don't trust anyone that tells you to eat Cincinnati chili - Skyline or otherwise.
