He could have touched down the medial side of his foot first
At first I thought he was out.. . But the video evidence is definitely not enough to overturn the call sadly. But the crowd forced 2 more false starts and the crowd forced sack. . . The crowd basically stopped their offense dead in its tracks.
While we say "One foot in college" the rule is really any part of the body could establish a player in bound, like the TCU players fingers in an overtime game with OU in 2018.
