Not OP but Imatrex works for me. Botox also works for many.

They have me on Topamax and Blood pressure meds to stabilize.

2 aspirin (acetaminophen) and 1 can of real coca cola (no diet, zero, etc.)

For me, two excedrin + a caffienated drink and sleep.

Lay down. Lights off, soft covering over eyes, no sound, ibuprofen or similar. Try to fall asleep
