Yep, totally blown out of proportion. Supposedly he lost the the team when he
didn't apologize to all of them at once, but more personally in their different position groups. I don't buy that. Maybe he didn't apologize for the right things, I would get that. But that wasn't it (per the inside dude). Apologized to them separately. The horror.
