Parker Schnabel All-American
Here's what the Oregon coaches had to say about him:
"He’s going to play for a long long time. He can do it all. He really can. He’s that impressive. When you have that type of a command of an offense, and when you can understand it all from top to bottom, A to Z, run-game to pass-game, protections and schemes, outnumbered, outleveraged areas, how to flip protections, flip runs, and all that sort of stuff, it’s like having a coordinator on the field. He is that. When you match that up with the ability that he has, it’s a dangerous combination. That’s a great football player. — Mario Cristobal, Head coach

"Well, I remember him out Centennial High School a few years ago. He's a five-star kid who is very very talented. Yes, he did go on a mission. To me, I think guys that do that come back with a different level of maturity. He may have lost some time playing football but doesn't appear to be that way. When you look at him, he looks like he's very poised. He's got a cannon of an arm. Very athletic, can make all the throws in their offense and gets them in the right play. He doesn't look much different than some of their better quarterbacks they've had through the years. He's a tall athletic guy with a big-time arm just like last year's guy was. They've been very efficient with him throwing the ball and he presents a lot of challenges. — Oregon defensive coordinator Tim DeRuyter.
