Even if not, it's a good way to improve depth. That said, I bet jogging
on/off the field doors actually help with fatigue. It's an aerobic activity that helps break down lactic acid. Trying to out muscle 300 lb offensive linemen is definitely anaerobic. If you're going to do that for 3 hrs, it wouldn't surprise me if mixing in some jogging might make it easier.
