basically lock up?

I've done nothing to hurt my back, but it feels like my nerves throughout my body are tight, or irritated.
My lower back muscles feel fine, but my legs and collarbone area are basically tingly all the time.

I've had back problems before, and the muscles don't feel injured. Also no sciatic pain, just the mentioned tingling in lower legs and feet
