The game plan they had worked on didn’t work. They thought they could defend the run with less defensive players in the box and running base packages, and they didn’t. It basically took them until halftime to adjust the fronts to better defend the run and be more aggressive/multiple. And of course they still laid an egg on the first series out of the half.

And yes I know the offense was a bigger problem in the loss, but the defense has more potential than there showing too.
