Answers even mean

Clearly you are trying to say something negative about people under 35 based in the second answer. I am not sure exactly what. Like under 35 year olds think that martial artists shouldn't be able to train against this because it wouldn't be fair to the other guy if he was ingenious enough to use the tactic?
Or are you trying to imply that only people over 35 are man/smart/cunning enough to get kicked in the nuts on purpose?

I really don't even know what the first answer is supposed to mean.

Does it mean "Yes, martial artists do actually train for this"? I would assume they do and I'm not sure how the answerer's age would change that.
Does it mean "oh, yeah" like "this is really a cool think, man! Super awesome!"? Like it's something to be celebrated?
Or is it more of an "oh, yeah" as in "bow chicka bow wow" situation?
