I really worry about where we live,

I grew up in Utah county and didn’t have a lot of friends but had some… it was me not them

My wife grew up in Carolina and had lots of friends but they didn’t interact the same way I did… I was always out with my few friends

We now live in south Florida and seriously the church is the worst place for friends… first young men are few and far between and second none of them are friendly and frankly not kids I’d want them to be around… we’ve found a lot of solid kids while playing sports but they live far away and are really hard to be friendly with outside of team activities…

My oldest (12) really struggles he’s not the most outgoing but is better than I was…

The younger 2 are fine

Part of it is those 3 are tight at home which is good,

I’m just really disappointed in kids at church I guess… I mean the boys look like fine kids but they’re pretty much rude losers… so disappointing and it gets tough to see my kid feeling like he has no friends
