about long stressful weeks is that when I'm working a lot that means my wife is also fried.
So me coming home to "chill or relax" just doesn't happen.
But hopefully some time on Saturday to eat/watch a game is my go to.
Then in my household our Sunday AMs are pure chaos which totally sucks (esp since I don't love going to church to start with).. but then hopefully some Redzone in the afternoon calms the nerves before the nonsense of the work week restarts.
Agree w/ others that AM workouts have been helpful to me as well.
