Not a doc, but my 5 kids went through this just barely. A solid week of throwing
Up and then it goes away. My infant only threw up once or twice. After that we all got coughs for a couple of weeks. I hope your infant shakes this soon. Right before COVID e we had our then infant in the hospital twice in a month for a horrible hacking cough.
