I like BSU, Tennessee, Michigan St, Missouri. Even Stanford.
And I'm OK with USU - just for the in-state angle.
Stanford isn't great this year - but they've been consistently good over time.
Tennessee and Missouri aren't the top of the SEC - but getting SEC teams to come play at LES is awesome and I love those games. They will be tough to win.
Michigan St has been top 25 pretty regularly. No reason not to like that game.
BSU is a good program - let's see if they slide into mediocrity with their last coaching change - but there's no reason to hate on them.

I won't lie I hate those schedules. Play somebody. Not one top 25 team on that entire non conference schedule
