Looks like a barreling downhill for 4 miles, then a steep little hill. The last 7 miles should feel great and fast as long as you didn’t fry your legs on the steep downhills and the little climb.
I’ve ridden down the first part of that race a number of times, but never ran it. I remember it as being steep enough it might be tough on the quads, but I’m not really sure.
I wouldn’t worry about the elevation. It is what it is and it isn’t 7,000ft all the way.
