eh, he's improved, but teams have made it look easy for him. I think Hall is just as good, and can give UVa fits if he
uses his wheels. If he is going to be just a pocket passer, and little roll outs then they'll pressure him.
Armstrong has the benefit of playing four straight years, essentially a SR. He's doing well. DBs really have to play lights out.
