Iowa State getting bumped off by UNI isn't a good thing, but every other state in the footprint is owned by a Big12 school (that isn't leaving the conference). Future Big12 schools, other than BYU, will never own their states. Cincy will never unseat tOSU, Houston will never be the top dog in Texas, and UCF won't be in any danger of unseating Florida.
