Thanks for being there and taking care of my girls and their candy hoarding needs last night at the trunk or treat!

It did my heart a lot of good to see my family hanging out with the different athletes even though I can't be there to experience it with them. And then, to be able to have a nice personal moment and picture with coach? That was quite surprising to my wife! That man truly is remarkable and I don't think we will ever fully realize how lucky we are to have him around! He takes his time to talk to EVERYONE and doesn't show any sign of being bored, disingenuous, or frustrated. He had a gigantic line of people, some loud and annoying kids (and grownups i'm sure;)), just waiting to get to talk to and take a picture with their coach.

Thanks BYU and thanks Kalani for taking the time to brighten my wife and kid's lives during this difficult time of being apart from their daddy. It's hard to be away from kids in their formative years especially... but ya'll took care of them, and for that I am truly grateful!
