I always volunteer to make the gravy. Maybe not something you can't make ahead of time and bring,
if you aren't cooking the turkey, but would save her a bunch of time. I'm a good gravy maker though, so take that into consideration. If you aren't don't offer to do that and ruin it for everybody.
