2. Kalani will interview for several positions at higher salaries.
3. Kalani will negotiate at BYU to get paid ~80-90% of the median of those offers.
4. Kalani will publicize that he willingly took less money to stay at BYU, because it is a place with exceptional, single-minded athletes where amazing things can and will happen over the next few years.
He will get plenty of money, secure his position now and moving forward, bask in the love of cougarnation, recruit like a demon because of his proven stability, and etch his face on Mt. BYUmore.
