Not certain, he may be LDS or LDS-ish. His Dad was All American decathlete at Ricks then ran for the Y. Devin’s older half brother went on a mission.
Not sure that he transferred to CC because of USC. His OC at Queen Creek in AZ became the HC at Mesa Mtn View. That may have been why he transferred from QC, but not certain why he went to CC.
