team has to play an OOC game or have a bye because of Notre Dame. It will be more of a challenge for the Big 12. If the pac 12 were smart they would be pushing for this. If they would have done it originally the Big12 would have been open to it and understood it. Now the Pac 12 needs this game more than BYU or the Big 12. Sure they can add a meaningless OOC game but that is the only option. They could have an intriguing rivalry plus conference game late in the year. Would make it really fun and interesting.
