Unpopular Opinion: Traegar's are nothing more than an oven with smoke.
We smoked a Turkey Breast with the Traegar today. It turned out good but nothing spectacular that I would take a picture and post it on social media.
The hardest thing was prepping it before putting it in to cook. Other than that....just like using my oven in the kitchen.
