and it was fun to drown out the Utes to finish the game. Always nice to see fans in red heading up the aisles before the final whistle, in their own stadium.

This is BYU's best rebounding team in years and it won the game for us. Ute fans commented on it throughout the game, and the sequence of offensive boards at the end is what sent them to the exits.

I'm a bigger fan of Spencer Johnson after this game. He's not intimidated and gets under the opponent's skin, like a more athletic version of Nate Cooper.

Baxter was huge. Yet the team still has room for improvement on running the pick and roll — missed looks to Baxter, Lohner and Traore — which should frighten future opponents.

Barcello is a rare player and I'm still amazed we get to watch him again this year. He is Pope's biggest recruiting coup of the year, even with the other stellar additions.
