Take the worst seats, the top row around the North, East, and South stadium and totally pimp out those bleachers.

Make them cushioned on your butt (like serious plush cushioning) and modify the stadium wall behind you so you can lean back recline on it.

Put in cup holders, little tables that flip down from th back wall for food. They could even supply waiters to come get your orders and bring you food. Can do Phone chargers, seat warmers, etc too.

None of this would be that expensive but would make the stadium a little more unique.
