I know this is mostly TIC, but I briefly knew (Elder) Madsen in the MTC.
He was a good Elder there. I also had a friend in the same ward as Mark in LA. My friend also had good things to say about Mark.
Also, for as much as Utahns hated Shaq, he seems like a real nice person as well.
