I went in at around 10 am. They struck at 10:23.

It seems to have been targeted. It was a 2004 Nissan. The thieves were driving a Nissan van from that era roughly (likely also stolen.) I'm guessing that they had some sort of chip/transponder emulator because they popped the doors and drove off in 30 seconds. They maybe have found a loophole in Nissan electric keys from that era.
