Basically wins NFL or the heavy handed nature of basketball refs determining the outcome in the final minutes combined with 7 TOs coaches already have with the “need” for a media timeout every four minutes. Or what about the fantastic build up of pitchers and batters in close baseball games processing one pitch every 90 seconds with it largely determined by how a guy huddling over another guy sitting at the crotch of the guy wielding the stick intended to hit the leather is the one that determines if that one pitch every 90 seconds was sufficiently in a space that’s considered hittable.
