He was polite but seemed kind of reserved or shy and also a bit aloof. His dad was very friendly. Based on that conversation and others that followed during his time at Duke, I got the sense that he didn't really want to be a famous basketball player. Perhaps he also realized that he was being overhyped as a player and didn't have the raw talent to live up to the expectations. It's great that he's found success in coaching. He has a lot of great lessons and perspective to share with the players.
