If teachers and parents would stop donating these things then the budget would
Be fixed to address it. As it is everyone just donates this stuff so no need to budget for it.
If teachers refused to buy things and parents didn’t send anything I bet the district would find a way to order boxes of paper, glue, tissues, etc.
