Little different situation with college football lifetime being 4-5 years…
and your career being roughly 45 years. 🤷♂️😂
Even still, yes, I give credit to guys who carefully choose where they work and then stay for a several years. A resume full of a year here and a year there says to me that this person is likely to flake out, may have unreasonable expectations, little tolerance for adversity, does not value stability that much, or is simply more interested in climbing than getting any work done. Numerous bosses think the same way.
So it’s a fair comparison I think, thanks.

With a career of 4-5 years you should do whatever you can to get on the field and make it enjoyable for yourself
