the full space. I just use the Ooni app and their dough recipe. Works pretty well for me. I do have two peels for ease of transferring and one stays cooler to put the new dough on. You have to put a lot of flour on the peel to have it come off without making a mess. I still occasionally have an issue. But overall usually works.
