If there is a rumor on CB, there will always be at least one person who says they know the truth, but cannot say because they promised not to disclose anything to protect their source.

There will also be at least one person who says it's true, and that they know it is because they have direct contact with the person who is the subject of the rumor.

And - there will be at least one person who says that it is true, and that they know this because they also have direct contact with the person who is the subject of the rumor.

Person #2 and #3 will appear in different orders depending on the rumor, with one telling the other that they don't know what they're talking about.
