I'm not understanding all the smilies in response to this post.
I think it's awesome, and good for that guy for finding a creative way to bring attention to it. More resources like this are needed. Anybody who's had a loved one (or themselves) who has been convicted of a crime knows the nearly impossible hurdles they face trying to get back on their feet. The odds are so stacked against them from being able to ever be a contributing member of society. They've made mistakes - sometimes big ones. But it would benefit all of society to help ex-convicts find job opportunities to be able to make an honest and respectable living.
