Either you need to live somewhere where it doesn’t get too hot or you need deep enough water that stays cool enough for them in the summer so they don’t die.

I don’t think so. Gets way too hot in the summer. You’d need to live higher up or have a natural spring

Trout? Pretty fish but if you want to fish and eat them, stock Walleye IMO.

I do, it’s about 2.5 Gallons. I fill it up regularly with Brown trout. Circulate
