I have photos too. I'll get you the details in just a bit, but basically you slice the pork relatively thin, marinate, then stack it up on bamboo skewers, with a slice of pineapple on top and bottom.

I usually build a bamboo skewer scaffolding too so it doesn't tip over right away.
