They looked cool when I was shopping for them a couple of years ago. My suggestion: get an induction range.

Easier temperature control in my experience. Having cooked commercially with commercial ranges

In my experience, induction stoves have the same responsiveness as gas.

We paid for a Cafe double oven in February, told April delivery, now October.
