Not sure how you don't include Hall. He's a top 10 QB in CFB. He touches the
ball and impacts the game 70 times a game. No doubt Rehkow and Hayes are good but they don't have near the impact our starting QB does.
Hall is also on his way to being a day 1 or 2 draft pick. Is Rehkow getting drafted that high? Whether your talking suited for the NFL or top 5 players, Hall should be there.
