Actually matriculate. Not by name…just deidentified number.
My med school kept track of this….they had a chart showing how many acceptances to other institutions their matriculants had.
I’d love to know (not through hearsay, self-reporting, or anecdotal evidence) exactly how many people attended each college in the state with acceptances (or more tellingly rejections) to other universities in hand.
And, for what it’s worth, I attended undergrad at BYU with 14 other acceptances, 4.5 rejections (long story). No rejections from in-state schools. (And yes, that was pretty much my peak. After that, I got married at BYU and it was all downhill from there.)
