And I can tell you our fast offering expenditures as a ward (I am financial clerk) have increased by almost a 6x within the past 5 months. Rent, food, medical care...we have a lot of people who were trying the best they could but barely getting by, but now cannot get by without the church's help. I am grateful they have the church, because without it, more than a few families with small children would be quite literally on the street.
