Some attorneys really suck. I am responding a demand letter from an attorney
who is claiming that we concealed a process from his client.
He also submitted a form with his client’s signature that IS the process and is titled as the process.
He is demanding that we pay his fees of $2,500 , which as far as I can tell are for writing this letter only.
I’m kind of at a loss as to how to respond without going full nuclear.
