Getting the lunch special yes. In March 2020 they closed the lobby completely
Due to COVID, and only did take out or pick up. When they closed up the lunch specials at the time were $6.99. They just re-opened the Lobby for lunch this month. So yeah, it had been just over 2 years since eating in the restaurant.
