I’ve always done Rim to Rim in about 5 hours 1 day, then Havasupai the next.

Both are about 4 hours of running time. That last bit out of havasupai is pretty brutal in the heat after doing Rim to Rim the day before, but it’s over fairly quick. I’ve done this a half a dozen times…never disappoints.
