is Season eight's "Mountain of Madness."
Mr. Burns surprises the power plant with a fire drill, only to find his workers devolve into a panicky, disorganized mess (Homer is the first to escape the plant, and he barricades the door so nobody else can leave).
So Burns decides to take the plant employees on a team building trip to the mountains. They divide into teams, and each team has to make their way through the mountain to find the hidden cabin. The first team to reach the cabin wins. The last team to get to the cabin will be fired. A disappointed Carl has to team up with Lenny.
Smithers is forced to fend for himself (with the "help" of Bart and Lisa), while Homer and Burns use a snowmobile to get to the cabin first.
Meanwhile, Marge panics when she finds Bart and Lisa missing, so she enlists the help of a park ranger.
MARGE: Excuse me, sir? I can't find my children.
PARK RANGER: Have you checked the woods?
MARGE: No.
PARK RANGER: Hmm. Follow me. We'll take the chairlift. It'll give us an eagle-eye view of the area directly beneath the chairlift.
PARK RANGER (later, on the chairlift): Well, I won't lie to you, ma'am. Our chances of finding your children are slim to nil.
LISA: Hi, Mom!
MARGE: There they are! Let me down here.
PARK RANGER: Sorry. There's no way off till we get to the top. And even then, it's sort of tricky.
Burns and Homer are enjoying the warmth and food of the cabin while they wait for the other teams to arrive. At first they're great friends, but everything changes with the clink of a wine glass, which causes a massive avalanche. It doesn't take them long, buried by snow, to completely go insane. First they build snowmen to stave off madness (correction: Real men, made of snow), but the snowmen soon turn on them.
The psychosis deepens, and soon Homer and Burns are fighting each other. Burns is backed by his army of Real Men Made of Snow, but Homer has powers... Political Powers!
The fighting causes Burns to rupture the propane tank, and the explosion causes the cabin to burst out of the snowpile, rocketing down the mountain at breakneck speed.
But alas, all is well as the propane tank runs out of fuel and the Rocket House settles safely near the rest of the search party. Homer is reunited with his family, Burns is reunited with Smithers, and all is forgiven.
Or is it?
