Will say that I think we match up OK with the AVs, we have team speed in McD, foegle, McLeod, Hyman and even Kane and Draisaitl are no slouches. Not sure if Nashville or St. Louis had equivalent speed. Our bottom 6 is finally learning how to be checking lines vs trying to match drai and McD offensive production. Hyman and Kane have been beasts, Kane as a finisher and Hyman as a complete two way player.

I don’t think the Avs have faced a team with offensive weapons that the Oilers have.

Our D will be TAXED, Nurse is great athletically and physically but makes idiot plays

Keith is a pylon and his lack of athleticism will be abused.

Cici has been stellar no mistakes, pretty solid.

Bouchard is a poor man’s Makar…. Very poor man’s but still has grown into an offensive threat that has been impressive and game changing.

Goalie….. well we all know Smith can be up and down but keumper has yet to face any top tier scorers in the play offs. So that’s a wash imo
