You can't just spend as much money as you want to build your dream team. The Jazz have paid the luxury tax two seasons in a row now. That proves they are willing to spend. As far as free agency goes, they signed Bogey and convinced Conley and Clarkson to re-sign. Outside of the LA and New York teams you can't ask for much more than that in free agency.
