Before today, I’d be super nice to my kids when we played board or card games. I’d compliment their decisions, teach them, show patience, even lose on purpose every once in a while.

But today, one my sons started to talk a little trash. I’ve been waiting for this day, when I could justifiably talk trash to my own children. If they can dish it, they can take it, right?

It felt good to show a side of me that they had never seen before.
