You saw with Ohio University's disinterest last year, that for B1G teams, it is
play off or bust.
They had third stringers playing like it was the Walgreens Antihistamine bowl in Amarillo Texas...
and you can't tell me anyone from Ohio was excited about playing Utah. A no name team who lucked into a big bowl.
Unless you get matched up with a "sexy" team like USC, it just isn't appealing to the big B1G teams.
