They are called Entrata now. They might be right for you. We use MRI which might be too expensive/robust for what

What do you need it to do? Is it simple invoicing and paying bills? Do you need

Financials, bill pay, invoicing, online customer payments, multiple small businesses all in same login, etc

I'd go QB accountant or QB desktop, but sounds like you already tried that?
