The guy's numbers are scary good for his age and time on the court. . .when he's healthy. Which is not often. If I had to guess, he's going to be in the league 6-8 years, good to great some of the time, but gradually breaking down as the injuries mount and the rehab periods stretch ever longer until he finally breaks down for good and is out of the league way too young. But if he stays healthy, he seems like a no brainer dominant player, perennial all star, Hall of Famer, MVP. Or, he could be done within a year or two.
It seems almost anything could happen with this guy given the combination of being injury prone and scary good physically. Either way, there have to be some sweaty palms putting ink to that supermax contract.
